- Emboss & Personalize

We are happy to offer a free name embossing service for your purchased items. Details regarding eligible products and character limits can be found on each product page of the Free Spirits online shop.
Because this personalization service takes some time to complete, we kindly ask that you check the details and place your request as early as possible.
- Shipping & Delivery

We can ship your purchased items anywhere within Japan. Shipping is free for total purchases of 11,000 yen or more (including tax). For orders under this amount, a shipping fee of 550 yen will apply.
Please note that additional shipping fees may be required for deliveries to Okinawa and other isolated islands. We appreciate your understanding.
- Free Wrapping Service

We are happy to offer a free wrapping service for your purchased items. We can customize the wrapping style to suit your specific gifting occasion, so please feel free to consult our store staff. For more detailed options, please check our main gift wrapping page.
- Item Holds

As a general rule, we do not hold items for later purchase. However, if the item is currently in stock at the store, a same-day hold may be possible. Please note that we cannot hold highly popular or limited items. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask our store staff.
- Leather Care

We provide a maintenance service for your purchased leather items. Before starting, we will carefully explain the best care methods and how the leather will change and age beautifully over time. We also carry a selection of leather care products in-store, so please feel free to ask our staff for recommendations.
- Item Availability / Stock

You can check item availability through the Free Spirits online shop or our official app. However, please note that stock information is not updated in real-time, so an item may be sold out by the time you visit our store.
If you call us before visiting, our staff can check the exact current stock for you, so please feel free to reach out.

Free Spirits Namba is located on the 3rd floor of Namba Parks, a large shopping mall directly connected to Nankai Namba Station. It is highly accessible and just about a 10-minute walk from subway, JR, Hanshin, and Kintetsu stations.
